A baroque painting by Franceschini served as the template for this short clip-in bow. In the painting, the “French” bow hold (with the thumb on the hair) is also clearly depicted.
The stick can be made of larch or yew; the frog is made of plum or pear wood.
This model is delivered either with two frogs or a toothed ratchet mechanism for adjusting the hair tension while maintaining a consistent playing height (i.e. distance between hair and stick at the frog).

Customer satisfaction is very important to me in every order.
A down payment of approx. 1/3 of the purchase price enables the order to be processed quickly. The balance will be paid after satisfaction.
If, contrary to expectations, the bow does not please, the deposit can be refunded except for a handling fee of 100,- Euro. The circumstances of the order and deposit are subject to personal agreement.
I look forward to our exchange,
Hagen Schiffler-Lustig
